Accessibility — Belgian road vignette 2027: latest decisions

Official announcements; the texts are still drafts. No obligation is in force yet.

Publisher and scope

This statement applies to the public pages of vignet2027.be and vignette2027.be, published by RAENBI GROUP BV (KBO/BCE 0738.879.880), Lindestraat 42, 1640 Sint-Genesius-Rode, Belgium. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to.

Accessibility feedback: contact@autovig.eu (or privacy@autovig.eu if your request includes personal data).

Target and compliance status

Target: Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

Status: conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA has not yet been fully evaluated, so we make no formal conformance claim at this stage. The pages have semantic headings, can be operated with a keyboard, show a visible focus indicator, offer a language selector and a responsive layout, and the cookie banner adapts to narrow screens without horizontal scrolling. This describes available features; it is neither a certification nor a full audit of every URL in every language. Independent evaluation and screen-reader testing remain necessary.

We do not invoke a disproportionate burden exemption while known gaps remain unresolved.

Known limitations

  • Automated checks do not cover every success criterion on every translated page.
  • Formal screen-reader tests (for example with NVDA or VoiceOver) have not yet been documented for these sites.
  • Content on third-party sites we link to is outside our control.

Feedback and contact information

Report an accessibility problem by email and include:

  • the page URL;
  • what you were trying to do;
  • your browser, operating system and any assistive technology used.

We aim to acknowledge your message within 14 days and, where possible, to offer a fix, a workaround or an alternative format. We cannot guarantee a specific timeframe for a resolution.

Legal framework

Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) and its Belgian transposition impose obligations on certain services. At this stage, these sites are editorial information sites with no ordering or payment process. This statement is not legal advice.
